I wanted to share a couple of updates coming in May to help keep everything running as smoothly and consistently as possible for both you and me ✨
Local Product Delivery Update
Local delivery isn’t going anywhere (yay!), but there will be a small change to how orders are placed. Going forward, all product orders will need to be submitted by the 20th of each month. This ensures your products arrive to me within 5–7 business days, and I can then deliver them to you by the 5th of the following month.
I know this isn’t the most convenient change, and I truly appreciate your flexibility. My best advice is to plan ahead and keep an eye on how full your products are — and of course, I’m always here to help you with that if you’re unsure!
Appointment Booking Update
As you know, I’ve always done my best to be flexible because life happens (trust me, I get it 🤍). That part isn’t changing — there are still no fees for canceling or rescheduling your appointments.
However, moving forward, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes directly toward your service, with the remaining balance due after your treatment.
This change allows me to continue offering flexibility without implementing cancellation fees, while also keeping my business running in a way that supports serving all of you in this growing community.
